MY TOP 3 PINK LIPSTICKS

With Autumn having solidly announced its in my opinion way too early arrival (as much as I love Autumn, November-kid and all hey!), I thought it'd be fun to show you three of my favourite lipsticks in one of my favourite colours. Pink is after all not just pink, and there are different ways of wearing this hue for different occasions - that said, the prep for LFW next week has begun, and I need to line up those options!

 YVES SAINT LAURENT ROUGE PUR COUTURE #49

An absolute favourite for what I think are obvious reasons. The strong blue undertones make it such a unique colour, and the gloss is just right for a night out.

FLORMAR #R12

A bargain buy from my trip to Barcelona back in February. It's my favourite pink hue for daily use, and I tend to apply it just using my fingers, to give it a more fresh and not too done-up look. The nuance has those addictive blue undertones as well as the YSL above, and comes out quite matte on the lips. The perfect everyday pink.




MAC CREMESHEEN LICKABLE

MAC just have their ways with lipsticks, and Lickable is one of their goodies when it comes to the hot pink section. Unlike the Flormar, this one is much creamier and glossy and I wear this quite versatilely for both everyday wear and going out. It also has blue undertones, but out of the three I've mentioned here, it's the most subtle one in those terms and less fluro than the Flormar R12.
