#MYURBANGYM

I'm known to use the phrase, that I'll only run when I have a wild animal following me. This anecdote says more about my questionable sense of humour than my honest attitude towards exercising and physical activity. Since my early debut age 4, shaking it to "The Chicken Dance" to going on dancing classical for over a decade, I had to stop due to a knee surgery proposing me to different challenges. The injury meant I had to rethink how I exercise, and after trying multiple combinations throughout the years, I've now found a workout that works for me. A mixture of yoga and moderately running keeps me active, and whilst my dance moves are now mostly limited to the dance floors of London, this combo is making me feel really energetic and happy in my own skin.

I am always super picky when it comes to trainers, and anyone who's known me over the past decade will know, that I have a bit of a collection of Reebok's at home, as they never fail to get that feet-to-ground-engagement exactly right. With London starring as my perfect urban gym, I've been so excited to sport the new Reebok x Bershka shoes, that have not let me down in any way and I always think a bit of colour makes a workout more fun!

HOPE YOU'RE HAVING A REALLY GREAT START TO YOUR WEEK

  10. I'm so happy that gym wear has really blown up over the last few years. There was a time not that long ago that gym gear means black leggings and a pink or turquoise top for lady and black shorts with a blue or red vest or teeshirt for men.

And now look - you're rocking a deep pinky red matching two piece. HELLS YES TO THAT!

    Much love, Beanie x
