HISTORICAL IMPRINTS

V&A IN COLOUR

The London locals will only recognise me heading to and from the supermarket in some form of tomboyish garb, whose finest purpose it is to conceal anything remotely female shaped on my body. This itself is not the original intention, it just so happens to be lined to make me feel like I never left bed. It therefor almost felt like a surreal tale to rediscover the fact that I'm a girl(!), when stepping into not just one, but ten stunning dresses from Oasis with prints created together with the historical Victoria & Albert Museum in London. I've shared it before, but there is something magical about this place that makes it such a special place to visit in London. Whether it's in the walls or the diversity of culture expressed within it, it is unique beyond compare and I've loved going around it to find the right spots to shoot this floral print collection perfect for anything Spring. It's sure to charm up any tomboy (don't hesitate to style with sneakers), you'll find dresses to suit anything from a gallery trip to a summer's wedding.

  12. I've never heard a clothing line that collaborates with museums! That is the coolest thing in the world. As a museum fiend myself, I find this rather exciting and boy do I love the prints on the dress! So gorgeous, everything you're wearing. xx

  23. This collection is just amazing. It is such a great idea to get inspiration from museums, they have so much to give! You wear these dresses beautifully. The prints are gorgeous, and I love the fact that they've created many different shapes and cuts for the dresses so that anybody could find their favourite! :)
