THE COUNTRY SIDE ESCAPE
I believe, that the place you grow up shapes your view in how you see your surroundings for the rest of your life. I'm approaching my 20-something-eth summer, and this seems to have been the truth for me so far. Being blessed in the sense, that there was a window for me to pursue my passion, I sometimes have the generous opportunity from clients to explore and experience lifestyles that extend the limits of my own habits. I grew up in the countryside in Denmark in a tiny village with just 1.000 inhabitants. Coming from that, going up to London's 8.5 million - well - let's just say my small town bubble was popped. Being surrounded daily by flashing banners and a lifestyle that encourages the use of efficiency apps, as exciting and stimulating as it is, a countryside escape can be exactly the thing to finally loosen up the tenseness of your shoulders, and commit to the timeless ways of nature.
I was so generously invited by Pandora on a magical country side escape to idyllic Lime Wood Hotel in New Forest and got to experience a royal treatment. I cannot stress how royal the experience felt, knowing that nothing around me was rushing, and my whole being could just melt into that experience of catching the morning light for a shoot with nothing but the sound of birds and my shutter.
