Framboise Fashion ECCO how to wear Trainers

It's a well known fact, that the world is round, and although I'd happily live my life in high heeled ankle boots, feet and knees simply won't allow it in the long run (get it?).  This brings us to one staple, that would break my wardrobe down within a week, if it didn't have them. Drumroll, garçon, it's trainers. They are my essential when it comes to footwear, and if you explore the world of trainers, you know that there are endless versions and alternatives to the simple classics, with unique details that make them worthy for a mixed bag of occasions. I've styled three different outfits around the new two-toned Scinapse trainers from a brand that has been on my feet since childhood, ECCO.

Read on to see how I've styled this monochrome smooth operator, that (tested & tried) will take you through the week with the perfect amount of rebound and flexibility.

A look fully influenced by the air of London, adding a classic style baker boy hat with a wrapped miniskirt and a faux shearling coat, so whether you're heading for an afternoon coffee in the city or going out dancing in Dalston, this look can do everything but transport you on a bike (tights are allowed).

The work's gotta be done, and I love playing up the monohcrome as it'll take me from the drawing board to meetings without losing a professional air.

The sweet spot at the end of the week with just the right amount of snooze and action. Trainers are non-negotiable for farmers' market visits, here styled with slightly flared jeans and a polkadot blouse for a laid back look.

  3. Such a nice sneaker, Sarah! Love the way you style this simple black sneaker. My personal favourite is definitely the second one! Great job!
