WANDER IN LAUSANNE

Who's up for a healthy dose of escapism? All of us?! Great, here we go. The trip today goes to: Lausanne. Beautiful Swiss city, full of breathtaking Alp views as well as a rich history of hosting incredible names such as the likes of Gabrielle Chanel. I was lucky to visit Switzerland Summer is all about travel (if not physically, in the mind nonetheless) . Although a self-proclaimed creature of habit, it's been a rootless couple of months. I believe I've been sleeping in my own bed for a non-consecutive week over the past 60 days. We always desire to travel and explore new corners, but it's so easy to forget how tiring moving around gets. I feel like I've ordered the most delicious burger ever on the menu - tastes in it that are completely unique - but it's a small villa of a burger, and it's very hard to chew. Nevertheless, I find myself truly valuing the comfort of the places I go. My travels are mainly work-focused - often arriving to a tightly packed schedule - a mix of fun and chaotic - so I'm finding my havens around the world that with little time manage to make me feel incredible and a home away from home.
